You know what they say, after the rain the sun comes up. This is precisely what happened now. Every year, the beginning and the end of the motorcycle season are celebrated by the motorcycle blessing in Bedekovčina. Of course, you don’t miss that. However, this time the forecast was really rainy. On the morning when we were supposed to go it was raining heavily and we weren’t sure if we should go or not. We’impulsively decided to go, YOLO.

It was cold and wet, but we didn’t let it stop us. However, such a road is a kind of adventure. We travelled towards Bedekovična and eventually the rain stopped. In the distance, the clouds moved and the sunlight slowly broke through. I can’t even describe the feeling of happiness that this scene has given me. Soon we arrive in Bedekovčina. Despite the bad weather, there were a lot of bikers. Every minut, the sun is increasing, and the clouds are getting smaller, and that’s why we’re especially glad that we decided to go. Like every time, we take out the freshly baked bread, cheese, sausages and čvarci We enjoyed our breakfast, photographed our bikes, and waited for the blessing.

After the blessing of our bikes we slowly go home. It was really cold on the way home, but it didn’t kill that feeling of pleasure. Anyone who rides a motorcycle knows that you don’t only ride in ideal weather. And in these conditions, it’s interesting to ride, especially when it’s your first time going out in the rain. Like I said, after the rain comes the sun!
